Projects
As a collaborative studio space, Open Lot ‘s building serves as a staging area for research, conceptualization and construction of various projects. Open Lot Studio Artists also use the space to work on their own personal projects, which, more often than not, expand into collaborative efforts.
It is important to note that not all projects manifest as exhibitions of work or even as designs or art-objects. Given the open nature of the studio practice at Open Lot, one thing is for sure: all of our projects and processes inform and build on each other. This sets up an easy and natural dialectic that benefits everyone.
